By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies and terms listed below.
Terms & Agreements
- Security cameras are in use at all times within the premises.
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If service is refused, deposits are non-refundable.
- Failure to leave the premises when asked will result in authorities being contacted.
- No-shows without communication will result in a $50 charge to the card on file within 24 hours.
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. Your deposit will not be refunded but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are considered last-minute. Deposits are non-refundable but may be used toward rescheduling.
- Please cancel at least 72 hours in advance when possible to allow for proper scheduling.
- I am not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
- Any damage caused to equipment by clients or accompanying individuals must be paid for in full.
- Refusal to comply with these terms may result in legal action.
- By booking, you acknowledge exposure to nail products, chemicals, and UV lighting. While risks are rare, they may include allergic reactions or other health concerns.
Salon Policies
- No extra guests unless approved in advance.
- A $20 deposit is required to book. This goes toward your final total.
- Please arrive 5 minutes early. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Repeated lateness may result in refusal of future bookings.
- Appointments only. No walk-ins or squeeze-ins are accepted.
- Cancellations within 24 hours will not receive a deposit refund, but it may be used for rescheduling.
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may request a deposit refund. New bookings will require a new deposit.
- No children under the age of 10 are permitted during appointments.
- Acrylic services are not performed on pregnant clients. Gel manicures and pedicures are available.
- Please be honest when booking services to ensure proper timing and results.
- All policies are in place for both client and technician safety. Respect is expected at all times.
- This is a luxury service—please come with respect, patience, and understanding.
